思想政治工作一直都是党和政府工作的重中之重,是做好一切工作的基础和保证。本文以本单位基层水利站所为例,结合基层实际情况,重点对基层职工思想政治工作中遇到的实际问题进行了简要剖析。
Ideological and political work has always been the top priority of the work of the party and the government and the foundation and guarantee for doing a good job of all work. Taking the grass-roots water conservancy station in our unit as an example, this article gives a brief analysis of the practical problems encountered by the grassroots workers in their ideological and political work.
