目的 :为了确定肾盂肾下盏交角 (PC角 )、肾下盏漏斗直径及肾下盏解剖类型在预测体外冲击波碎石 (ESWL)后肾下盏结石排空的价值。方法 :将 2 0 7例肾下盏结石经 ESWL 治疗的患者分成两组 ,ESWL 后 6个月结石完全排空组 141例 ,有残石组 6 6例 ,在 IVP片上测量 PC角、肾下盏漏斗直径及确定肾下盏解剖类型。结果 :PC角 <90°为 6 7.12 % ,>90°为12 .6 9% ;肾下盏漏斗直径 <4m m为 93.48% ,>4mm为 14.2 9% ;复杂型肾下盏为 6 7.2 1% ,单纯型为 17.12 %。结论 :测量这 3个解剖因素可以预测 ESWL 后肾下盏结石的排空率 ,也有利于确定肾下盏结石的治疗计划。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the value of the PC angle, the diameter of the lower renal funnel and the anatomic pattern of the lower calyx in predicting the emptying of the lower calyx stone after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). Methods: Two hundred and seven patients undergone ESWL were treated with ESWL. Patients were divided into two groups after ESWL. 141 cases were completely emptied in 6 months after ESWL, 66 cases were in residual stone group, PC angle was measured in IVP, The diameter of the funnel and the anatomical type of the subrenal bulb were determined. Results: PC angle <90 ° was 6 7.12% and> 90 ° was 12.69%. The diameter of kidney under the kidney <4m m was 93.48% and> 4mm was 14.2 9% %, Simplex is 17.12%. Conclusion: The measurement of these three anatomical factors can predict the emptying rate of ESWL calyceal calculus, and also help to determine the treatment plan of lower calyx calculi.
