岗位培训不同于一般的学历教育,它的目的是培养和提高从业人员本岗位所需要的实际工作能力,因此,这就决定了岗位培训教学的特殊性,即把培训学员运用知识解决问题的能力作为教学的重点,主要进行智力开发而不是知识的灌输,整个教学过程要一改传统的“知识型”教学方法,而采取适合岗位培训需要的“能力型”教学方法。
Job training is different from the general academic education, its purpose is to train and improve the actual work ability of employees in this position, therefore, this determines the particularity of job training teaching, that is, the ability of trainees to apply knowledge to solve problems As the focus of teaching, it mainly carries out the development of intelligence rather than the instilling of knowledge. The whole teaching process should change the traditional “knowledge-based” teaching method and adopt the “ability-based” teaching method that is suitable for the job training needs.
