用丝束电极测量和缝隙腐蚀试验等方法研究X70钢和16Mn钢在3种介质中点蚀和缝隙腐蚀方面的异同行为,发现在同样腐蚀环境下X70钢表面电位极差大于16Mn钢,结合形貌观察可以肯定X70钢具有较强点蚀倾向.2种管道钢在较弱腐蚀溶液中缝隙腐蚀不明显,以平均腐蚀为主;在较强腐蚀溶液中,缝隙腐蚀和平均腐蚀同时发生.从缝隙腐蚀失重数据看,X70钢缝隙腐蚀平均失重稍大于16Mn钢,但试验尚不能肯定两者在最大缝隙深度方面是否存在差异.
The similarities and differences of pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion of X70 steel and 16Mn steel in three kinds of media were studied by means of tow electrode measurement and crevice corrosion test. It was found that the surface potential difference of X70 steel was larger than that of 16Mn steel in the same corrosion environment. The observation shows that X70 steel has a strong tendency of pitting corrosion.The crevice corrosion of the two kinds of pipeline steels is not obvious in the weak corrosive solution, and the average corrosion is dominant. In the strong corrosive solution, the crevice corrosion and the average corrosion occur at the same time. According to the data of crevice corrosion weight loss, the average weight loss of crevice corrosion of X70 steel is slightly larger than that of 16Mn steel. However, it is still not certain whether there is any difference in maximum crevice depth between the two.
