铍青铜是具有优良综合性能的析出硬化型合金材料,广泛应用于电子机械、航空航天、仪器仪表等工业中,做各类信号开关、电连接器、接插件、继电器等弹性元件,用于导弹、雷达、卫星、通讯等重点工程中。 本成果在国产材料铍青铜的基础上,适当降低铍含量,加入微量元素镁,对应美、日等国外相关材料标准,成功研制开发出两个牌号四种状态的系列高强度铍青铜条带材,并制定常规热处理峰值强化工艺规范。
