近期,关于中国是否应当增加官方黄金储备的话题再次成为人们关注的热点。在3月份召开的两会上,中国人民银行副行长、国家外汇管理局局长易纲表示,过去30年黄金价格大起大落,中国会根据市场情况慎重考虑增持黄金。此前,呼吁政府尽快增持黄金的专家不在少数。那么,中国是否应当增加黄金储备?如果需要增持,应当以怎样的方式和速度进行?其实,解决问题的核心在于,在关注外汇储备和黄金储备的时候,我们应当有一个明确的思路。
Recently, the topic of whether China should increase its official gold reserves has once again become a hot topic of concern. At the two sessions in March, Yi Gang, deputy governor of the People’s Bank of China and director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, said that gold prices in the past 30 years have fluctuated greatly and China will carefully consider adding gold holdings according to market conditions. Earlier, there were not many experts who urged the government to increase gold holdings as soon as possible. So, should China increase its gold reserves? If so, what should be done and how fast? In fact, the crux of the matter is that we should have a clear idea when we focus on foreign exchange reserves and gold reserves.
