世界钢产量在不断地增长,提高的途径主要有二:建新钢厂及通过强化和改造现有的炼钢厂。社会主义国家的钢产量在世界钢产量中占很大比重,其主要发展途径是最大限度地利用现有设备。为了提高生产能力,上述两个途径均应有效地采用,而改造用铁水作为原料的平炉,采用双床平炉是最有效的方法。关于在近期内双床平炉能达到怎样的生产水平,是大家很关心的问题,本文依据理论计算,论述双床平炉的生产可能性,为了计算的需要选用了孔希采钢厂的先进指标。
There are two main ways to increase the world steel production: to build new steel mills and to strengthen and transform existing steel mills. Steel production in socialist countries accounts for a large share of world steel production, and its main development path is to maximize the use of existing equipment. In order to improve the production capacity, the above two approaches should be effectively adopted. However, it is the most effective method to reform the open hearth furnace with hot metal as the raw material and the double flat hearth furnace. About the double flat bed furnace in the near future can reach what level of production level, is everyone’s concern, this article based on theoretical calculations, discusses the possibility of dual flat hearth production, in order to calculate the need to choose the advanced index of Kong Xi mining.
