云南江川出土元差发银锭洪天福，计光华１９９１年３月，江川县旅游局在抚仙湖中孤山岛植树挖塘时出土三件银绽，银锭造型皆同，两端外弧，两侧束腰内弧，面周缘折起，中略凹，侧面有水波纹，底布满蜂窝状气孔。三件总重４８９４克。其中一号锭面錾有阴文铭５１字，可知该锭为元代云南地区铸造的差发税银锭，距今６６６年。江川一号锭长１３．５、宽４．９、厚２．５厘米，重１８４克，成色９７％；二号锭长１２．８、宽４．５、厚３．１厘米，重１７８１克，成色９７％；三号锭长１３．６、宽５．５、厚１．８厘米，重１２６９克，成色９５％。一号锭面铭：“威楚路差开南州吏目胡德解本州泰定贰年差发拾分银壹锭重伍拾两提调宫都事那廪承务库子李师生于泰定三年五月日”。该银锭为元素定三年（１３２６）五月铸的威楚路开南州泰定二年差发折银解锭。元代在云南行中书省下设立若干宣抚司，相当于内地的总管府。成楚开南宣抚司辖境位于今云南西部，辖威楚路和武定路。开南州即今景东县。元代官制，“吏目”为知州下设立的掌出纳文书成分领州事的职官。“胡德”为解银吏目姓名。“泰定”为元也孙帖木耳年号（１３２４－１３２８）。“差发”即征调、赋敛，差发银为徭役折税银。“十分银”指银锭成色十足
