得力生注射液是国家二类复方抗癌新药,为人参、黄芪、斑蝥、蟾酥的全成分提取液,具有扶正祛邪,消瘕散结,解毒止痛的功效。我科于1996年2月～1997年8月应用得力生配合化疗治疗中晚期消化系统肿瘤患者45例并与单纯化疗患者46例比较,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 本组共91例,男49例,女42例;年龄30岁～71岁,平均53.8岁;其中原发性肝癌20例,胃癌38例,肠癌18例。两组患者卡氏评分均在60分以上。将91例随机分为两组,观察组(得力生+化疗)45例,男25例,女20例,Ⅲ期32例,Ⅳ期13例;对照组(单纯化疗)46例,男24例,女22例,Ⅲ期31例,Ⅳ
Delisheng Injection is a national second-class compound anti-cancer drug. It is a full-component extract of ginseng, astragalus, cantharidin, and konjac. It has the effect of rejuvenating qi, eliminating phlegm, dispelling phlegm, and detoxifying and relieving pain. In our department from February 1996 to August 1997, we used Delisheng in combination with chemotherapy for the treatment of 45 patients with advanced digestive system tumors and compared with 46 patients with chemotherapy alone. The results are reported below. 1 clinical data of this group of 91 cases, 49 males and 42 females; aged 30 to 71 years, mean 53.8 years; of which 20 cases of primary liver cancer, 38 cases of gastric cancer, 18 cases of colorectal cancer. The Karnofsky scores in both groups were above 60 points. Ninety-one patients were randomly divided into two groups.
