人力资源派遣(HR DISDATCH),又称劳务派遣,即人力资源派遣机构应用人单位之请,向其派出符合需求条件人员的服务形式,本质是用人单位和劳动者脱离劳动关系。这一服务形式主要源于上个世纪五、六十年代的日、美等国,荷兰已有100多年的历史,目前已成为市场经济发达国家中常见的一种用工方式。我国的人力资源派遣最早见于经济较为发达的广州、深圳等地,很快波及全国。近年来,北京、上海、南京、武汉乃至最北端的黑龙江省也都相继开展了人力资源派遣服务,尤其值得注意的是,在不少事业单位也出现了
