在FVV研究项目的规划中曾编制了一个涡轮增压柴油机过渡工况的计算程序,供给公司成员单位使用,用以预测非稳定工况下涡轮增压发动机和调速器系统的运转性能。这一计算程序是涡轮增压器与发动机配机计算的一大进步,计算的起点就是工作过程计算。本文扼要地叙述了这种计算方法,并根据计算与测量的比较,验证了其结论的可靠性。同时也介绍了用本计算程序研究过渡工况的可能性,诸如对驱动发电机的发动机、汽车发动机和对采用增压系统的高速12缸发动机的研究。另外本研究规划也包括探索发动机在非稳定工况下零件所承受的低周(疲劳)负荷。有关这方面的研究结果将在适当的时候另文发表。
In the planning of the FVV research project, a calculation program for the transitional conditions of a turbocharged diesel engine has been prepared for use by the company’s member units to predict the operational performance of turbocharged engine and governor systems under unsteady conditions. This calculation is a big step forward in the calculation of turbochargers and engines, and the starting point of the calculation is the working process calculation. This article briefly describes this method of calculation and verifies the reliability of its conclusion based on a comparison of calculations and measurements. The possibility of studying transient conditions with this calculation is also introduced, such as research into the engine that drives the generator, the car engine, and the high-speed 12-cylinder engine that uses the boost system. In addition, the study plan also includes exploring the low-cycle (fatigue) load experienced by the engine under unstable conditions. The results of the research in this area will be published in due course.
