软开关逆变电路按拓扑结构可分为两类:DC环节谐振型和极谐振型。本文着重分析了一种极谐振型逆变电路——辅助二极管谐振极逆变器(ADRPI)的工作原理及设计方法。同时提出一种基于EPROM存储的PWM调制器。该调制器占用微机资源少,特别适合工作于高频条件下。最后分析了实际系统实现中所面临的问题,并在实验室用IGBT制作了一台逆变器样机。该样机采用ADRPI拓扑,单片机控制。实验波形验证了该方案的可行性。
The topological structure of the soft-switching inverter circuit can be divided into two categories: the DC link resonant type and the very resonant type. This paper focuses on the working principle and design method of an extremely resonant inverter circuit - auxiliary diode resonant pole inverter (ADRPI). At the same time, a PWM modulator based on EPROM memory is proposed. The modulator occupies less computer resources, especially suitable for working in high-frequency conditions. Finally, the problems in practical system realization are analyzed, and an inverter prototype is made in the laboratory with IGBT. The prototype uses ADRPI topology, SCM control. Experimental waveforms verify the feasibility of this scheme.
