目前,我国会计工作的需求量较大,但还严重存在着中职学校毕业生找工作难的现象,这其中的一个重要的原因就是会计专业教学不尽如人意,所培养的学生难以适应行业企业岗位人才的需求。目前,职业学校是传统的教师讲、学生听的教学模式,导致学生被动接受知识,很大程度上阻碍了学生的主动参与,限制了学生的思维活动及相应能力的培养和形成。因此创新教学模式,采用行之有效的教学方法来提高会计教学质量显得尤为重要。所以,本文将给予笔者教学经验,就任务驱动法在《财务会计》课程中的应用进行研究与分析,以供参考。
At present, there is a great demand for accounting work in our country, but there is also a serious problem of finding jobs for secondary school graduates. One of the important reasons for this is that the teaching of accounting major is not satisfactory and the students trained are hard to adapt to the industry The needs of corporate personnel. At present, vocational schools are traditional teacher-speaking and student listening teaching modes, which lead students to passively accept knowledge, which largely hinders students ’active participation and limits students’ thinking activities and the corresponding ability cultivation and formation. Therefore, innovative teaching mode, using effective teaching methods to improve the quality of accounting teaching is particularly important. Therefore, this article will give my teaching experience, the task-driven approach in the “Financial Accounting” course of study and analysis for reference.
