日前,温州市政府出台的《温州市社会福利机构管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),在全国率先将社会福利机构划分为“营利”和“非营利”两类,对不同性质的社会福利机构实行不同的审批管理和扶持方式。这一改革举措,使温州的社会福利服务步入新的天地。
Recently, the Wenzhou Municipal Government’s “Measures for the Administration of Wenzhou Social Welfare Institutions” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) took the lead in dividing the social welfare agencies into “for-profit” and “non-profit” Institutions to implement different approval management and support methods. This reform measure has brought Wenzhou’s social welfare services into a new world.
