女性下尿路症状(LUTS)和男性一样常见,其临床表现错综复杂,严重影响患者的生活质量。女性LUTS在临床上尚未引起足够的重视,许多患者得不到正确的诊断和治疗。尿动力学是诊断下尿路功能障碍的重要方法,本文就尿动力学在女性LUTS诊断和治疗中的应用作一简要介绍。
Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in women are as common as men’s and their clinical manifestations are complex and seriously affect their quality of life. Female LUTS has not been given enough attention in clinic and many patients do not get proper diagnosis and treatment. Urodynamics is an important method for the diagnosis of lower urinary tract dysfunction. This article gives a brief introduction of the urodynamics in the diagnosis and treatment of female LUTS.
