《检察实践》系最高人民检察院主管,国家检察官学院主办的全国性法学刊物,1999年创刊,为双月刊。江礼华、董智明、石少侠先后担任主编。创办二年以来,得到了广大法律工作者,特别是检察工作者的支持和厚爱,读者已遍及全国,逐步成为宣传检察政策,交流工作经验,发表干警观点的阵地和社会了解检察工作的窗口。本文现将《检察实践》(1999-2000)作者情况进行统计分析,以期从中发现一些带有规律性的问题,为进一步办好刊物提供依据。
“Prosecutorial Practice” is the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the National Prosecutor’s College sponsored national journals, founded in 1999, for the bimonthly. Jiang Lihua, Dong Zhiming, Shi Shaoxia has served as editor. Since its establishment two years ago, it has received the support and love of the vast numbers of legal workers, especially the prosecutors. The readers have spread all over the country and have gradually become the window for publicizing procuratorial policies, exchanging work experience, posting positions of police officers and policemen and procuratorial work in the community. This article will now “procuratorial practice” (1999-2000) the author of the statistical analysis, with a view to find some problems with regularity, to provide a basis for further running the publication.
