以洗必泰与金黄色葡萄球菌为例,对中和试验中经常遇到的几个问题进行了试验观察。结果表明,不同中和剂对洗必泰的中和作用不一致,消毒剂加中和剂再加菌液与消毒剂加菌后再加中和剂,所获结果可能不同。检验中和完全程度,可用不同中和剂作比较,并辅以接种不同稀释度样液的方法鉴别。有的复方中和剂在压力蒸汽灭菌后性能可发生变化。中和剂用量与中和消毒剂量间有较密切的关系。
Taking chlorhexidine and Staphylococcus aureus as an example, several problems often encountered in the neutralization test were observed.
