当一些美术教师聚在一起谈论自己对美术教学的心得体会时,不时会传来抱怨声,在美术课上同一课题需要重复很多次,感觉美术课上到最后整个过程都是机械化、程式化了。针对这种情况,我就试图每个班美术课结束后用随笔的形式写一点教学后记,把教后得失记录下来。有满意的、不妥的;有成功的、遗憾的;有经验的、教训的等等。那么美术教学后记记什么呢?通过多年的教学实践,现归纳以下两个方面:一、课堂的教学情况
