为更好地探明微孔管道增氧对幼蟹培育的影响,尤其是对水体溶氧及理化因子的影响,本实验在安徽省宣城市宣州区金新河蟹苗种培育基地对微孔管道增氧在幼蟹生态培育技术上的应用进行了研究,通过监测水体溶氧,对水体pH、氨氮、亚硝酸盐进行检测等,总结出微孔管道增氧在幼蟹生态培育上的应用技术,以求达到高产、高效、生态的目的,为全区及周边省市大面积推广应用提供基础数据。
In order to better ascertain the effect of microporous pipe oxygenation on the growth of juvenile crabs, especially on dissolved oxygen and physical and chemical factors of water body, this experiment was carried out in Jinxin crab breeding base in Xuanzhou District of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, The application of pipeline aeration technology in ecological management of juvenile crabs was studied. The application of microporous pipe oxygenation in ecological management of juvenile crabs was summarized by monitoring dissolved oxygen in water and detecting pH, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in water body Technology, in order to achieve high yield, high efficiency, ecological purposes, for the region and the surrounding provinces and cities to provide large-scale application of basic data.
