本期“热线”的话题是“再就业工程”,我们邀请的嘉宾,一位是企业领导人——上海纺织控股(集团)公司党委书记、董事长朱匡宇,一位是普通下岗(确切地说是曾经下岗)职工——原上海元件五厂职工沈蔚华。上海纺织和仪电系统是该市产业结构调整动作最大、面临困难最多、下岗职工最多的两个行业,朱匡宇书记对纺织系统再就业工程情况的介绍和沈蔚华师傅对自己下岗后充满着苦辣酸甜的求职之路的讲述,对于其他地方、企业做好下岗职工思想政治工作,引导他们走上再就业之路,定会有重要借鉴意义。 我们对“再就业工程”的话题要继续讨论下去,欢迎热心的朋友积极发表意见。
