1 临床资料 按照随机化原则,分设糖皮质激素治疗组40例,男26例,女14例,平均年龄6.9个月,发病距就诊时间平均3.12天,并发心衰12例,中毒性脑病2例,呼衰4例,死亡2例,平均住院天数8.1天。对照组20例,男11例,女9例,平均年龄4.2个月,发病距就诊时间平均3.43天,并发心衰7例,呼衰2例,中毒性脑病1例,死亡1例,平均住院天数9.6天。两组基本治疗方法相同包括吸氧、镇静、吸痰、抗心衰及抗生素应用等,治疗
