本文观察了12例下呼吸道合胞病毒感染后病儿6项非特异性及2项特异性免疫功能指标,结果血清溶菌酶水平显著升高;血清免疫球蛋白变化符合一般抗体生成规律;免疫复合物除1例急性期可查到外,均为阴性;白细胞吞噬功能无影响;PHA及淋巴细胞转化率在急性期降低。病儿恢复期特异性IgG滴度明显增高,表明特异性免疫反应参与了炎症反应过程。对感染后不同时间连续采集的血清进行了IFAT测定,发现特异性IgG在发病后第4天迅速上升,16~20天达高峰,随后缓慢下降。
In this paper, 12 nonspecific and 2 specific immune function indexes of 12 children with RSV infection were observed. The results showed that the level of serum lysozyme was significantly increased; the change of serum immunoglobulin was in line with the general rule of antibody production; the immune complex Except for 1 case of acute phase, all cases were negative; no leukocyte phagocytosis; PHA and lymphocyte transformation rate decreased in acute phase. The recovery rate of sick children with specific IgG titer was significantly increased, indicating that specific immune response involved in the inflammatory reaction process. IFAT was performed on sera collected continuously at different times after infection, and it was found that the specific IgG increased rapidly on the 4th day after onset and peaked on the 16th to 20th day, then decreased slowly.
