幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性胃炎是指伴有幽门螺杆菌感染的慢性胃炎,大量研究表明,HP是慢性活动性胃炎的重要致病因素之一,目前HP相关性胃炎的研究日益受到重视,但有关老年人HP相关性胃炎的报道甚少。我们回顾分析一组病例,报道如下。 对象和方法 1.对象:各组病例均为因不同程度的上腹隐痛、烧心、腹胀、嗳气、黑粪等消化道症状来我院接受纤维胃镜检查并记录完整的病例。观察组387例,年龄为60～88岁,男278例,女109例,其中HP相关性胃炎142例,HP非相关性胃炎245例。对照组824例,年龄为18～59岁,男533例,女291例,其中HP相关性胃炎368
