河北省作为我国农业大省在我国农业市场经济发展中占有重要地位,但是河北省地理位置以及独特的农业发展特征,农业保险发展存在很多问题,有必要创新河北省农业保险发展模式,文章首先阐述了农业保险的重要性,进而提出创新河北省农业保险发展模式:建立农业保险经营主体的多元化组织形式;完善河北省农业保险经营的法制化建设;完善和定位政府在河北农业保险中的地位;建立农业保险专项经营管理基金。
As a big agricultural province in our country, Hebei occupies an important position in the economic development of our country’s agricultural market. However, there are many problems in the development of agricultural insurance in Hebei Province due to its geographical location and unique agricultural development. It is necessary to innovate the agricultural insurance development model in Hebei Province.
