预制构件采用露天台座生产,由于投资少,效率高,成本低而被广为利用,成为增产节能的重要途径。但地处寒带的大多数台座易产生裂纹、冻胀和沉陷,程度不同地影响了台座的生产效率和构件质量。为此,我们在新建宽32m、长131m台座时,就裂纹、冻胀和沉陷问题做了分析研究。并做了部分改进。建成后,经五年多生产和温度变化的考验,除因垫层与面层分格不等,而使面层在垫层分格处产生收缩裂纹外,没有发现其它裂纹、冻胀和沉陷现象。
