经省政府领导同意,现将《国务院办公厅转发国家教委关于进一步改革和发展成人高等教育意见的通知》(国办发[1993]3号)转发给你们,并结合我省实际提出以下意见,请一并贯彻执行。一、成人高等学历教育以专科为主,有条件的管理干部学院、职工高校可在部分专业试办以专科为起点的本科教育和函授教育。符合国家学位条例规定的成人高校,可报请国务院学位办批准给予学士学位授予权。有条件的成人高校可与有关部门、企业、地方联合办学;在保证质量的前提下,经有关地市教育部门同意,由省教委批准,可就地办学。
