文化是先入为主的,如果没有科学的顶层设计和扎实的行动落实,要实现各单位间的文化融合必然寸步难行。中国核能电力股份有限公司成立伊始就扎实开展企业文化建设工作,形成了以“追求卓越,挑战自我”为价值观的企业文化理念。面对发展新形势,公司进一步加强推进文化融合工作。
Culture is preconceived. Without the top-level scientific design and solid implementation of actions, it is inevitable that cultural integration among different units will be difficult.
