大庆石油会战群体产生于特定的历史时期,是在极其艰难的环境下,群体领袖、群体领导、群体成员的交往活动,群体舆论等因素交互作用,加之群体所处环境和面临的任务、群体领导方式、群体成员报酬分配形式交互作用下,形成了高凝聚力群体。这些是大庆精神的重要来源和生动体现。时至今天,从心理学视角重温这些内容,仍具有重要的现实意义。
