新闻工作的特殊性要求从业人员具备较高的信息素养,但当前各大高校在培养新闻人才时普遍忽视了对学生进行有针对性的培养,新闻专业信息素养的教育现状与社会要求出现了某种疏离。本文尝试对新闻人才信息素养的培养方式做出分析,认为只有针对学科特点,适时开展信息素养教育,才能使人才培养符合社会需求。
The special nature of journalism requires practitioners have higher information literacy, but the current major colleges and universities in the training of journalists generally ignored the targeted training of students, the news professional information literacy education status and social requirements of a Alienation. This article tries to make an analysis on how to cultivate the information literacy of news talents, and believes that only by carrying out the information literacy education according to the characteristics of the disciplines can the cultivation of talents meet the needs of the society.
