目的:建立正元胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基键合硅胶柱为色谱柱,以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(52∶48)为流动相;检测波长为270nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:淫羊藿苷在10.250~205.000μg/mL浓度范围内与其峰面积值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.7%(RSD=0.3%)。结论:该方法测定结果准确,精密度高,耐用性好,可以作为正元胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of icariin in Zhengyuan capsule. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography with octadecyl-bonded silica gel column and methanol-1% acetic acid solution (52:48) as the mobile phase was used. The detection wavelength was set to 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate 1.0 mL / min. RESULTS: Icariin had a good linear relationship with its peak area in the concentration range of 10.250 ~ 205.000μg / mL with an average recovery of 98.7% (RSD = 0.3%). Conclusion: The method has the advantages of accurate determination, high precision and good durability, which can be used as a method for determination of icariin in Zhengyuan Capsule.
