编者按:1985年12月6日,祖涛同志在中国汽车工程学会济南第五届年会上,就有关“七五”期间汽车工业作为支柱产业必需大发展的问题作了长篇讲话。讲话的主要精神对我国汽车工业在“七五”期间的工作有指导意义。本刊特予刊载,供各级领导部门和单位参阅研讨。本文根据记录,并参照《黄河报》、《重型汽车报》的报导,综合整理而成,但未经祖涛同志审阅。如有谬误,概由本刊负责。
Editor’s Note: On December 6, 1985, Comrade Zutao made a long speech on the issue of the need for major development of the automotive industry as a pillar industry during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” at the Fifth Annual Conference of China Society of Automotive Engineers in Jinan. The main spirit of the speech is instructive to the work of China’s automobile industry during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period. This issue is specially published for leaders at all levels and units refer to the discussion. This article is based on the record, and with reference to the reports of “Yellow River”, “Heavy Truck”, integrated, but not reviewed by Comrade Zutao.
