土地转型就是在社会经济变化和变革的驱动下,某一区域内一定时段内从一种土地利用存在形态转变为另一种土地利用存在形态。本文以三峡库区重庆段的耕地与建设用地为例,对其进行2000~2011年的时间序列耦合分析和2000、2010年的空间序列耦合分析。结果表明:从时间序列耦合分析表明耕地与建设用地呈现弱的负相关性,相关系数为-0.398,库首和库尾区域耕地与建设用地呈现强的负相关,库中区域表现不明显;空间序列耦合分析表明在库尾地区也就是主城地区耦合度最高,向外呈辐射状减小。通过本研究可以合理解释耕地与建设用地转型机制的具体情况,可为解决土地利用转型带来的矛盾提供参考依据。
Land transformation is the transformation of social and economic changes and driven by a certain region within a certain period of time from one form of land-use changes to another form of land-use existence. Taking the cultivated land and construction land in the Chongqing section of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area as an example, this paper analyzes the time series coupling analysis from 2000 to 2011 and the spatial series coupling analysis from 2000 to 2010. The results showed that the time-series coupling analysis showed a weak negative correlation between cultivated land and construction land, with a correlation coefficient of -0.398. There was a strong negative correlation between cultivated land and construction land in the head and tail of the reservoir, but no obvious regional performance in the reservoir. Sequence coupling analysis shows that the coupling degree is the highest in the region of the end of the reservoir, which is the main city, and decreases radially outward. Through this study, the specific conditions of the transition mechanism of cultivated land and construction land can be reasonably explained, which can provide a reference for solving the contradiction caused by the transformation of land use.
