机械设备在使用过程中由于不注意防屑除尘,容易引起滑动面间的磨粒磨损和胶合磨损现象。这样就影响了设备的精度,使被加工的产品质量降低,也增加了设备的维修次数。近年来,我们在修复机床导轨方面,分别采用了在导轨面上粘接一层淬火钢、锌铝合金、二硫化铝尼龙板、聚四氟乙烯等材料,从而提高了机床导轨的耐磨性,不再发生导轨胶合磨损(咬伤)现象,延长了设备的维修期。现将我们经验介绍如下。
