随着市场经济体制的深化发展,事业单位财务管理环境对财务管理改革的影响逐渐显现,例如财务管理中收入来源、成本费用、财务资源等方面,甚至对财务管理改革的成败起到重要的作用,所以事业单位财务管理环境受到现代社会的广泛关注,为推动事业单位财务管理水平的提升,本文针对以市场特征下财政管理改革的视点为基础的事业单位财务管理宏观环境和微观环境展开研究。
With the deepening development of the market economy system, the impact of the institution’s financial management environment on the reform of financial management has gradually emerged. In order to promote the improvement of the financial management level of public institutions, this paper studies the macro-environment and micro-environment of financial management of public institutions based on the perspective of financial management reform under the market characteristics.
