素养从字面意思来理解,即为素质和修养。核心素养理念是指人在发展和成长的同时,经过学习或实践在某一方面形成这种理念,并将其提升至某种境界。交往,是中国乃至全世界人类发展都无法避免的过程,也是人类正常生活的必要条件。幼儿正处于成长发育的启蒙特殊阶段,培养其合作交往能力具有重要意义,以核心素养理念为指导,是一种特殊的培养幼儿合作交往素质的方式。本文简要阐述了培养幼儿合作素养的意义以及核心素养理念的指导价值,分析了当前影响幼儿合作交往能力的内部、外部因素,最后结合核心素养理念,提出培养幼儿合作交往能力的具体方式。
Literacy to understand from the literal meaning, that is, quality and accomplishment. The concept of core literacy means that people develop and grow at the same time, through learning or practice in some way to form this idea, and to a certain level. Contact is an inevitable process of human development in China and even the rest of the world. It is also a necessary condition for the normal life of mankind. Toddlers are in the special stage of enlightenment for growth and development, and cultivating their ability of cooperation and exchange is of great significance. Guided by the concept of core literacy, they are a special way to cultivate the quality of children’s cooperative exchanges. This article briefly expounds the significance of cultivating young children’s cooperative literacy and the guiding value of the concept of core literacy. It also analyzes the current internal and external factors that affect the ability of young children’s cooperation and engagement. Finally, the author proposes the specific ways of cultivating young children’s cooperative ability through combining with the concept of core literacy.
