市民社会带有明显的西方文化血统,要建构中国的市民社会,关键是对西方市民社会本质的把握以及对中国历史与现实中影响市民社会建设的因素的认识,本文通过对中西方文化背景的对比,探求西方社会中哪些是我们可以借鉴的,带有普遍性的市民社会的本质因素,以及对中国在建设市民社会过程中的特殊国情的认识,旨在建立符合中国国情的合理有效的市民社会。
