2009年1月13～14日,全国统计工作会议圆满完成了各项议程,胜利闭幕。这次会议是全国统计系统深入贯彻落实科学发展观、认真学习贯彻温家宝总理、李克强副总理指示、积极贯彻落实党中央国务院应对国际金融危机冲击各项部署的重要会议,是开创统计工作新局面的一次重要会议。在这次会议上,马建堂局长提出了构建现代统计体系的五大目标和做好今年统计工作的八大任务。现分两部分刊出,以飨读者。
