人的问题是哲学史的永恒主题,而管理思想中对于人性的探讨也是一直没有停止过。本文通过梳理古代中国、近代西方管理思想中关于人性的经典理论及论述,分析了人性的探索对于管理的重要作用并给出了个人获得的几点启示。
The question of man is the eternal theme of the history of philosophy, and the discussion of human nature in management thought has never ceased. This paper analyzes the important role of exploration of human nature in management and gives some enlightenment of personal gain by combing the classical theories and expositions of human nature in ancient Chinese and modern western management thoughts.
