E390VA型机装用铜铅合金轴瓦 E390VA型柴油机主轴瓦、连杆瓦和连杆小端衬套的材料历来为20高锡铝,瓦背为08钢。这类轴瓦在国内配套困难,均从国外订购。为立足国内配套,确定改用铜铅合金轴瓦。四川跃进机械厂承担了上述三种轴瓦的试制工作,装机使用结果良好,并于1991年12月在沪东造船厂通过中国船舶工业总公司和海军装技部鉴定。 E390VA型机装用铜铅合金轴瓦在累计1500小时运行后,主轴瓦、连杆瓦和连杆小端衬套工作表面及磨损情况良好,达到了国内先进水平。跃进厂有较完善的质保体系,具备了批量生产的能力。E390VA型机可装用表面镀二元合金的主轴瓦、连杆瓦和连杆小端衬套,今后柴油机在修理
