东北地域中国画有特定的传统基础,但受社会发展条件的局限,包括地域条件、政治、经济等因素,与国内其他地域中国画相比处于薄弱位置。但其依托本地域独特的表现题材在现代的中国画坛也占有一席之地。草本植物作为东北地域中国画特色表现题材在作品中经常出现,山水、花鸟、人物等科目中都常有表现。
The traditional Chinese painting in Northeast China has its own specific traditional foundation. However, due to the limitations of social development conditions, including geographical conditions, politics and economy, it is in a weaker position than other Chinese regional paintings in China. However, it relies on the unique performance of the local area in modern Chinese painting also holds a place.
