【目的】建立阳春砂颗粒的质量标准。【方法】采用薄层色谱法对阳春砂颗粒中的香草酸、原儿茶酸和槲皮苷等成分进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对香草酸进行含量测定。【结果】薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;香草酸在0.103~1.645μg(r=0.999 6)范围内呈良好的线性关系;其平均回收率(N=6)为99.8%(sR=0.7%)。【结论】该方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可有效控制阳春砂颗粒的质量。
【Objective】 To establish the quality standard of Yangchun sand granules. 【Method】 The constituents of vanillic acid, protocatechuic acid and quercitrin in Yangchun sand granules were qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of vanillic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. 【Result】 The results showed that the spots of TLC were clear and the resolution was good. There was no interference with the negative control. Vanillic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.103-1.645μg (r = 0.999 6). The average recoveries (N = 6) were 99.8 % (sR = 0.7%). 【Conclusion】 The method is simple, reproducible, accurate and reliable, which can effectively control the quality of Yangchun sand particles.
