In 1990, we wrote an article describing the progress of Morgan’s research in Volume 4 of Control and Decision Making. We follow the progress made by Descusse et al. In a paper presented at the 1986 CDC meeting (original reference [20], see also IEEE AC-33, No.8, 1988) and IFAC’s 1988 Control Theory and Applications Introduction, said Morgan problem was solved in 1986. However, Movg and others recently gave a counterexample in the study of nonlinear Morgan problems, pointing out that the original reference [20] concludes incorrectly and their counter-examples
