微观财政政策在推进产业优化升级方面具有不可替代的功能与作用。福建省微观财政政策促进产业优化升级还有局限,微观财政政策支持重点产业优化升级的基本思路是:抢占产业制高点;坚持“存量调强、增量调优、总量调大”的原则;协调好“政府引导”与“市场主导”的关系;综合、合理地运用微观财政政策。
Micro-finance policies have irreplaceable functions and functions in promoting industrial optimization and upgrading.
