各级医院面对激烈的竞争,都在广泛招聘人才,借此提高医院的医疗水平和知名度。在这种情况下,以往的人事管理制度就会不可避免地表现出多种弊端,因此,医院人事制度的改革势在必行。本文从分析当前医院人事制度的不足入手,提出人事制度改革的一些创新方案,希望充分发挥医院人事部门的职能,提高医院整体工作效率。
Hospitals at all levels in the face of fierce competition, are recruiting a wide range of personnel, in order to improve the hospital’s medical standards and visibility. Under such circumstances, the past personnel management system will inevitably show a variety of drawbacks, therefore, the reform of the hospital personnel system is imperative. Based on the analysis of the inadequacy of the current personnel system in the hospital, this paper proposes some innovative solutions to the reform of the personnel system, hoping to give full play to the functions of the hospital personnel department and improve the overall work efficiency of the hospital.
