九江一棉纺织有限公司是一个有77年历史的老企业,具有重视青工教育的优良传统。进入新时期以后,该公司把做好后进和失足青年的教育转化工作作为青工教育的重点,取得突出成绩,受到中组部和江西省委领导的赞扬。近几年来,该公司又适时推出了一项新的举措——青工“四有”达标活动,不仅使青工教育实现了新的跨越,而且走活了企业思想政治工作全盘棋。
Jiujiang a cotton Textile Co., Ltd. is a 77-year-old business, with emphasis on the excellent tradition of youth education. After entering a new era, the company made the education reform work of young and backward youths the focus of youth education and achieved outstanding results. It was praised by leaders of the Central Organization Department and Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee. In recent years, the company launched another new initiative in due course - the “four positive” accomplishments of youth workers. This not only brought about a new leap forward in young workers’ education but also enriched the overall ideological and political work of enterprises.
