目的:研究妇科用润滑膏中药用植物总黄酮的提取及质量控制,为产品质量控制提供依据。方法:以总黄酮含为指标,采用紫外分光光度法,正交试验设计确定提取工艺;分光光度法结合HPLC确定分析方法。结果:提取时间、提取次数、提取温度、液固比对提取率的影响为提取温度>提取次数>提取时间>固液比。结论:中药提取工艺为:加热温度到煮沸,1∶40的固液比,提取时间为60min,提取3次;紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量以芦丁为对照品,Y=0.031 2X+0.002 2,r=0.999 7,HPLC分离测定含芦丁、槲皮素、山萘酚、山奈酚-3-芸香糖苷、异鼠李素。
OBJECTIVE: To study the extraction and quality control of total flavonoids from medicinal plants in gynecological lubricants and provide basis for product quality control. Methods: Total flavonoids as indicators, using UV spectrophotometry, orthogonal design to determine the extraction process; spectrophotometry combined with HPLC to determine the analytical method. Results: The effects of extraction time, extraction times, extraction temperature and liquid-solid ratio on extraction rate were extraction temperature> extraction times> extraction time> solid-liquid ratio. Conclusion: The extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine is as follows: heating temperature to boiling, ratio of solid to liquid 1:40, extraction time 60min, extraction 3 times; Determination of total flavonoids by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance, Y = 0.031 2X + 0.002 2, r = 0.999 7, HPLC separation and determination of rutin, quercetin, Shannon phenol, kaempferol-3 rutinoside, isorhamnetin.
