目的 采用超声生物显微镜 (ultrasound biomicroscopy,U BM)观察玻璃体视网膜手术 (vitreoretinalsurgery,VRS)硅油填充眼和周边增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)图像特征。方法 回顾分析 38例 (38只眼 )复杂性或牵引性 RD患者 ,年龄 13~ 5 5岁。采用 VRS硅油填充治疗的 UBM检查图像资料 ,硅油填充术后 1~ 39个月 ,平均 7.6个月。分析 UBM检查硅油填充眼图像时 ,需在同一检查眼和在其他检查眼相对应部位中验证。结果 角膜内皮处显示硅油滴 (particles) 2 9只眼 ,其中尾影图 (ghost images) 17只眼 ;弥漫性不规则形态的硅油乳化 2 6只眼 ,前房角、虹膜、睫状体等组织浸染 (painting)硅油 2 0只眼 ,周边 PVR和玻璃体组织图像 15只眼。结论 U BM较易认识和观察硅油填充眼的图像特征 ,是反映硅油填充眼内变化有用的工具
Objective To observe the imaging features of vitreoretinal urryngeal (VRS) silicone oil filled eyes and peripheral proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) by ultrasound biomicroscopy (U BM). Methods Retrospective analysis of 38 patients (38 eyes) complicated or traction RD patients, aged 13 to 55 years. VRS silicone oil filled with the treatment of UBM examination image data, silicone oil filled after 1 to 39 months, an average of 7.6 months. Analysis UBM inspection silicone oil filled eye images, the need to be in the same eye examination and in other parts of the eye examination corresponding verification. Results There were 29 eyes of corneal endothelium, 17 eyes of ghost images, 26 eyes of diffuse irregular shape silicone oil, anterior chamber angle, iris, ciliary body, etc. Tissues were painted with 20 eyes of silicone oil, peripheral PVRs and 15 vitreous tissue images. Conclusion U BM is easier to recognize and observe the image features of silicone oil-filled eyes and is a useful tool to reflect the intraocular changes of silicone oil-filled
