现在的社会,是信息技术高速发展的社会,知识的发展和更新速度惊人。这个社会又是学习化社会,如果我们不学习,就会被社会所淘汰。特别是对我们教师,学会学习,树立终身学习的思想,就显得更为重要。因此,我们必须学会从各种渠道进行学习,有条件的要参加各级各类培训,构建新的课程观、教学观、教师观和学生观。只有树立了全新的课程改革理念,才能为尽快适应课程改革打下良好的思想基础。
The present society is a rapidly developing society of information technology. The development and updating of knowledge are staggering. This society is a learning society. If we do not learn, we will be eliminated by society. Especially for our teachers, learn to learn, establish the idea of lifelong learning, it becomes even more important. Therefore, we must learn to learn from various channels and be qualified to participate in all kinds of training at all levels and construct new concepts of curriculum, teaching, teachers and students. Only by setting up brand-new idea of curriculum reform can we lay a good foundation of ideology for adapting curriculum reform as soon as possible.
