江汉油田下第三系潜江组盐层特别发育,从潜一段到潜四段存在着大段盐岩、油浸泥岩、泥岩组成的韵律层段,以前使用牙轮钻头及常规PDC钻头钻进该类地层,频繁地发生缩径和卡钻事故。使用偏心PDC钻头在流动性盐岩地层中钻进,因偏心PDC钻头能钻出超尺寸井眼,没有发生卡钻头和下部钻具组合的事故,提高了钻井速度,降低了钻井成本。
The salt layer of Qianjiang Formation in Jianghan Oilfield under the Third Tertiary has a special development.
