随着我国社会经济发展模式的不断转型,知识经济时代的到来,知识和人才的重要性更加凸显,人力资源已经成为企业管理中不容小觑的环节,并逐渐成为决定企业综合竞争实力的核心因素之一。但是,很多企业的人力资源管理,还是停留在人事管理的传统阶段,在管理环节存在着很多问题,在一定程度上限制了企业人才资源的利用效率。对此,本文首先对企业人力资源管理中存在的主要问题进行总结,接着提出了有针对性的解决措施,希望对改善企业目前的人力资源管理现状能够有所帮助。
With the continuous transformation of the social and economic development model in our country, the importance of knowledge and talent is more prominent in the age of knowledge economy. Human resources have become an indispensable link in the management of enterprises and have gradually become the core factor that determines the overall competitiveness of enterprises one. However, many enterprises human resource management, or remain in the traditional stage of personnel management, there are many problems in the management aspects, to a certain extent, limit the efficiency of the utilization of corporate human resources. In this regard, this article first summarizes the major problems in the human resources management of enterprises, and then puts forward targeted solutions, hoping to improve the current status of enterprise human resources management can help.
